I have been a Green Olive Tree customer since 2008 using their services for a file server. Our 8 years as a customer has been very simple: If there is a problem, we report it, and it is fixed. Problems have been few and far between, but when there is one, it has always been solved quickly. Often it is as simple as an email to Jon and we are on our way to a quick solution. We have been tempted to bring the file server solution in house but the service and value we get from Jon continue to keep us as a Green Olive Tree customer.
