Green Olive Tree Inc. (“Green Olive Tree”) is committed to respecting the privacy of its Clients and users of its hosting services (“Services”). This Privacy Statement outlines how Green Olive Tree collects, uses, discloses and safeguards personal data and Client content in connection with the Services, including rights and obligations under applicable privacy laws.

  1. Information Collected. Green Olive Tree may collect the following types of information:

  • To manage Client accounts, process transactions, and communicate billing matters;

However, no transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be fully secure.
  3. Data Retention. Client data is retained only as long as necessary to provide the Services and fulfill contractual or legal obligations. Backups and logs may be retained for a limited period following account termination, unless requested otherwise by Client in writing. Personal and technical data submitted through Green Olive Tree’s website may be retained as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected, comply with legal obligations, or support business operations. Client may request deletion of Client data by contacting Green Olive Tree.
  4. Cookies and Tracking Technologies. Green Olive Tree uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to improve the browsing experience and gather usage analytics.
